Operations

  • Archer & Co. operates from 9AM-4PM Monday through Friday.

  • Weekend, evening, and after-hours service is available upon request on a first come, first serve basis.

  • All clients must be able to provide a set of keys for entry, or have a lockbox/key code available.

  • Invoicing will be completed via email.

  • Accepted payment methods are cash, personal checks, and Venmo.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24hrs from the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice are subject to the full service charge.

Weather & Holidays

  • Safety is always our top priority, so in the case of torrential rain, thunderstorms, or extremely high temperatures, please be aware that outings are subject to be shortened.

  • Any weather-related cancellations will be made via text.

  • There is a $5 rate increase for each holiday visit.

  • Archer & Co. is CLOSED December 21-29 but open all other holidays unless otherwise notified.

  • Labor Day
